Yes, you can! But the question is, are you ready to be healed?
Sometimes, we think way too much from our heart, and because of that, we lose track where we are or where we are going.
Basically, we lose track of “reality”
Break ups, separation, divorce are just words, but these words are very powerful and heavy. What they do is damaging – especially to the heart.
A broken heart is heavy because it consists of anger, fear, doubt, grieve, loneliness, and many more… but there is hope!
When we suffer from a broken heart, sometimes, we replay the scene of those days where we sob on the bathroom and tissue papers on the floor. It’s like a scene on a movie where you are sitting on your couch eating ice cream, but the difference is, you are the lead on that devastating movie.
Sometimes, we don’t want to end that relationship, but we should also know that we cannot let a toxic and unhealthy relationship continue.
They say that a broken heart is probably one of the most painful experiences a life has to offer because of that pain comes not only the fear of being alone but also the fear of feeling alone.
There is no established process of mourning from a death of a relationship.
But there is hope!
How?
Choose to prioritise happiness.
It might take a lot of work, but we need to create our own happiness and not just find one.
When we were young, a toy or a lollipop can make us happy. When we were growing up, we look for happiness not knowing that we can create our own.
When we keep on pushing the replay button in our head, coping up from a broken heart might really be a difficult thing to do.
Remember, most people who are rooted in embracing the present are those people who are at their best. We can’t create hope if we keep on worrying about the future and obsessing about the past.
Nobody is really broken. We are perfect in our own ways.
All of us are made of love and light
You cannot get the help you needed if you are not ready.
Below is a short video regarding this.
